In 2018, it all started with a Chef's knife and a dream. Founder, Chef Heber Rivera had grown up in the culinary industry understanding if someone chose to live a busy life, it didn't mean they had to sacrifice on taste and nutrition.

For years he dreamed of making delicious & healthy fine-dining meals available to anyone with any lifestyle. Chef Heber broke free of traditional kitchen style cooking and created the national brand Chef/Prep™ which is now happily known and loved by hundreds of thousands of members and followers.
